We use the information collected to provide storage services, coordinate vehicle maintenance and transport, communicate regarding your stored vehicle(s), process payments, maintain facility security, and comply with applicable Florida law and insurance requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security & Retention

We implement physical and digital security measures to protect your information, including restricted facility access, encrypted digital records, and secure document storage. Vehicle and contract records are retained for the duration of the storage agreement plus 3 years. Financial records are retained per IRS requirements. Security footage is retained for up to 90 days.

Your Rights

Florida residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise your rights. This policy may be updated periodically, and we will notify active clients of material changes.
